A new one from London duo Dusky. Their fifth album Signals is out September 25 on Anjunadeep, and Bindweed, the opener, is up today. Slower BPM, with 70s soul warmth, a disco feel, and something live-instrument-ish. Pretty unexpected. But it sounds cool!
Stef Davidse, from the Netherlands. He's around the Eastenderz lot. Out This World, an EP on Factory 93, came out August 14. The title track rolls on shuffled drums with a slightly R&B vocal. Josh Baker played it in a Boiler Room too. One that sits on a floor.
Belfast's Ejeca (Garry McCartney). He also goes as Trance Wax. Glyder, an EP on Gudu Records, came out August 14, and track 4 is Get It On. Disco-ish, yeah.
Leeds duo Prospa turned their party name Prophecy into a label. Catalogue no.1, PR001, is 22-year-old Sapian's Reason Why. He's already put stuff out on Solomun's Diynamic and Chris Lake's Black Book. Tight house, bouncing bass, a Korg M1 riff, and a sample of Monie Love's 1990 Ring My Bell. Hip-tech-house? Proper one for dancing a summer floor, haha.
London duo The Trip (Max van Dijk and Oliver Hiam). They've been running the Tessellate party at Corsica Studios since 2013, and the label has the same name. Clubdance2026 II landed August 14 on their own imprint. Inspired by classic techno, house, garage? Party People In The House — from the title it sounds like a lively one, haha.
A cut from Overmono's second album Pure Devotion (XL, Aug 7). John Joseph Holt's spoken word, then it just drops into a 303. Same vibe as Confidence Man and Baauer.
South African artist Zakes Bantwini's Anjunadeep debut. "Impatient" with Sun-El Musician and kisskisskiss leans Afro house — for the floor, the Extended is probably the one. The B-side with Jordan Arts is already getting Lane 8 and Paul van Dyk support, apparently. Feels like the next Anjunadeep after Ezequiel Arias.
Israeli producer Guy J's new track "Rise" from Global Underground's 30th-anniversary series THIRTY. An 8-and-a-half-minute progressive house that builds slowly — the arpeggios feel great. Follows Simon Vuarambon's "Stamina" from the same series.
Confidence Man's new track "Young London" is a dance tune that fuses chaotic energy with a pop sensibility. The release is set for July 10, 2026, under the label aptly named "Chaos." The intro features a catchy synth bass riff that grabs your attention, and as the beat kicks in, it delivers a groove perfect for the dance floor. The synth tones evoke a retro feel reminiscent of the 80s while maintaining a modern sound.
It seems that Baauer's album will be released in June, and this is a pre-release from that album. The collaboration features the luxurious lineup of Hudson Mohawke and PARISI. It's a track overflowing with the euphoria of UK big beat and blog house. It starts with samples of piano and old funk/disco vocals, and then it quickly transitions into a festival-ready vibe. The slightly breakbeat-like taste is also a nice touch!
