Relic
Single Nhato

Relic

Nhato's latest single "Relic," released by Otographic Music in June 2026, is a track that embodies various elements of dance music that have thrived from the 90s to the present, as suggested by its title. It features Acid synths, divine arpeggios using breakbeats and super saws, and samples reminiscent of the bird chirps popularized in tracks like Sueno Latino, capturing the good vibes of the mid-2000s Euro Trance boom... This song translates the legacy of those scenes into modern trance. For listeners, it can evoke nostalgia, while for others, it offers a unique opportunity to experience a fresh and unknown era. In any case, it's undoubtedly a party tune that will get the floor buzzing.

Nagare
Single Ronald van Gelderen

Nagare

Ronald Van Gelderen, a DJ/artist who shone brightly in the former Dutch trance movement and is known for composing Tiesto's famous track Suburban Train, has released a trance track titled Nagare, which is based on the Japanese language. As suggested by the title Nagare (流れ), it is a beautifully flowing track that evokes a sense of nostalgia for those who loved Ferry Corsten and the trance music of the early 2000s, making it a song that can ignite passion once again.

Endless
EP YAMATOMAYA

Endless

Japanese DJ/artist YAMATOMAYA, who made waves with his label debut "Love’s Hidden Name" on the prestigious Dutch label MAGIK MUZIK (Black Hole Recordings) in the fall of 2025, is back in 2026 with a new track titled "Endless." The style of this song evokes the golden era of Progressive Trance that flourished in the late 2000s, with its undulating synth melodies that are reminiscent of the sounds from A State Of Trance during that time. Fans of The Blizzard and Arctic Quest are sure to be deeply moved!! YAMATOMAYA's 10th anniversary party, which was held in Tokyo in February 2026, will also take place in Osaka. Special guests include Shingo Nakamura, just like in Tokyo, and Dominant Space will also perform a Progressive set. The event is scheduled for May 23 at Piccadilly Premium Osaka.

This track is sure to shine, especially in a great sound system setting. As of March 2026, it has also enjoyed good sales, ranking in the top 20 for single sales.

It's All Light
Single OCOT

It's All Light

Since debuting with "Innocence" in 2006, OCOT has continued to lead the Japanese Progressive Trance scene for over 20 years, with tracks played by trance legends like Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Above & Beyond, and Solarstone. Their new song "It's All Light" has been released by Otographic Music. OCOT himself posted on social media, "I created this track as a sort of answer to 'Reach into the light' after 20 years," and it features beautiful cover art that pairs well with that iconic album from 2007, along with exquisite morning trance that is sure to shine in the latter part of the track. It's a high-energy song that feels unique! I would love to hear it live at an OCOT performance.

Moonstruck
Album Driftmoon

Moonstruck

The fourth artist album by the project Driftmoon, consisting of Miikka Leinonen and Juraj Klička, is known for its cinematic and grand trance production. It includes collaborations with many popular artists such as Ruben de Ronde, Richard Durand, and XiJaro & Pitch, but the standout is undoubtedly the title track "Moonstruck," which was released as the first lead single from the album. This track features two versions: the uplifting club-oriented trance original and the orchestral Album Suite that serves as the album's ending. Driftmoon has also appeared in the guest mix segment of Armin Van Buuren's radio show A State of Trance Episode 1259, where they put together a set focused on tracks from this album. If you enjoyed it, be sure to check this out too!

Pump Up the Night
Single Tomohiko Togashi

Pump Up the Night

In recent years, the 90s and 00s trance sound has been gaining attention in the club music scene, and from the Japanese label WAVEFORME, a new track titled "Pump Up The Night" by Tomohiko Togashi, a core member of the "Waves Of Euphoria" series focused on Trance Classics, has been released. This track is a positive and dreamy piece that feels like a modernized version of the Paul Van Dyk sound from back in the day, making it irresistible for those who loved that era!!
